From podcasts to BBC documentaries, the Out of the Shadows media campaign has been a journey in itself. Please take a look below at some of our achivemnts
Blondy's People

Welcome to Blondy's People, a project started in the 2020 lockdown to highlight the need for change in how we support victims of exploitation. The outcome was 28 epic interviews with everyone from a vicar to George the Poet.

The aim was to show that if children receive wrap-around care, with their needs met in different ways by different people, then maybe we could start to make the changes needed for our children and young people.

28 interviews brought together to give you, the viewer, a contextual lens into what could have saved a child called Blondy, and how we can stop others from being failed again

The #ICU Campaign
The #ICU campaign was a huge success. It evoked emotions in many different people and the messages that went out were powerful. Somebody said that the trend reads like a silent prayer because the people that the messages are being sent to may never see them.

This is my thank you to each and every person that took part. Here is just a small section of some of the messages that blew up social media. At last count, #ICU has had more than 1,858 Tweets!!!
